You may know Ben Burakoff from his popular pop-ups he held last year at Sub Rosa Bakery.  We're lucky to have a revival of sorts with a pizza-making guru.  

A Santa Fe-inspired pie comes to life from his childhood memories of the Cheesecake Factory - corn, tomatoes, black beans, fresh greens with a cilantro-parmesan dressing. We can't forget the tortilla strips!

Ben's cocktail is inspired by one of his dad's favorite drinks, a Diet Coke with three limes.  Ben's making his own syrup and we're bringing the Eagle Rare bourbon.
